The ladder
Levels run in order but stand alone. Take one, take three, or take the lot as a five-week cohort.
Track 1 · Skills ladder
Get good at AI by building with it, one level at a time.
Foundations
Set up the tools properly on your own accounts, learn what they are genuinely good and bad at, and find out which of your weekly tasks they can already take off you.
You ship A working AI toolkit on your own accounts, plus a one-page rule for what never gets pasted into it.
Application
Bring the report you dread and the inbox that never empties. We take your real, repeating tasks and rebuild them as prompt patterns you can run every week without thinking.
You ship Reusable patterns for your own reports, email and research — tested on this week's actual work.
Assistants
A general chatbot does not know your policies, your templates or your standards. You will build one that does, feed it your own documents, and test it until its answers are ones you would sign.
You ship A custom assistant trained on your role's documents, ready to hand to a colleague.
Analysis
Spreadsheets, statements, survey exports, PDFs nobody has read. Learn to interrogate your own files, check the answers rather than trusting them, and turn the result into something a manager can act on.
You ship A finished analysis of your own data, with the checks that prove the numbers hold.
Leadership
Being good at AI yourself is a personal advantage. Getting a department to adopt it safely is a career one. Cover the rollout, the governance, the objections you will meet, and how to show the return in numbers.
You ship An adoption plan and a draft AI usage policy for your own department.
One level a week for five weeks, with the same group throughout. Cheaper than booking levels separately, and you finish with a portfolio rather than a certificate.
Shorter formats
One tool, one afternoon, one specific job to be done. Useful on their own, or as a taste of the ladder.

Track 2 · Corporate workshops
Bring AI to life inside your company: hands-on, on your own work, not a slide deck.
We sit with your teams and follow the real work — not the process diagram, the actual one. Then we score where AI would genuinely pay, and where it plainly would not.
